Eating Seasonably

Join us at the farm to listen to clinical dietician, Jennifer Koman, for a session on "Eating Seasonably," on Saturday, May 9. Jennifer will cover and answer questions about the following topics: eating seasonally, budget-friendly and local foods, growing, preparing, and pairing herbs with the proper foods, and reading labels for good nutrition. Jennifer is prepared to cover any topics related to nutrition as she specializes in cardiac nutrition and has knowledge on diabetes education.
